Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Idiolect Pro. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. Payments are processed by our third‑party payment provider acting as merchant of record.

1. Subscriptions & cancellation

Idiolect Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, and your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. To cancel, use the link in your subscription confirmation/receipt email, or email hello@idiolect.lol.

2. Refunds

  • 7‑day satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
  • Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non‑refundable once the new period begins, since access is provided immediately — but if you were charged in error or have a genuine issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
  • Billing errors / duplicate charges are always refunded.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@idiolect.lol from the address you subscribed with, with your approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and the payment provider.
